By choosing to remain a small volume home builder we can give our full attention to your home build. Andrew Jeter, New Owner and one of the experienced carpenters at Dependable Contracting maintains a personal involvement in every home build. He is on site daily overseeing progress and quality. Andrew is a long-time employee and future son in law of previous owner Jim Fitzmorris. Jim is looking to semi-retire, but will still be a part of Dependable Contracting as an outside, Consultant/Project Manager.
